We are looking for caring, positive and dependable people to join our team as Support Workers.
As a Support Worker, you will build meaningful relationships, help the people we support achieve things they may never have thought possible, and know that your work genuinely matters.
Right to Work in the UK

Working Hours
40 hours per week + separately paid sleep shifts, with overtime available.
Flexible colleagues can take on additional hours across the service in Basingstoke and Camberley. This role is ideal for those looking for guaranteed hours and strong additional earning potential.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, shopping and housework.
- Assisting with personal care, medication and health-related needs.
- Following individual support plans that promote choice, dignity and independence.
- Supporting people to participate in social activities and community outings.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly.
- Maintaining a safe, positive and supportive environment.
About You

You must have:
- The legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
- The ability to commit to 40 hours per week.
- The flexibility to undertake sleep shifts as part of the role.
- A willingness to support with the practical, day-to-day needs of the people we support.
- The ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check and required pre-employment checks.
Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential. Full training is provided.
A full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
