We are a small, outsourced administration company that offers technical admin support to Financial Advisers/Planners and Outsourced Paraplanners. Due to increasing demand, we're looking for a new team member, with in-depth industry experience.
The role is part time approx. 15-20 hours per week but there could be more hours if required. This is a home-based position and would be ideal for an administrator looking for additional work on a self-employed basis and someone who wants to work with us on a long term basis. Pay will be dependent on experience.
Our ideal candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and very good at multitasking as we work with a number of different companies. You must be able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through from start to finish, managing your own workload.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sending off letters of authority (by email) and obtaining plan information and chasing providers if not received
- Pulling data from plan information into an Excel summary sheets
- Obtaining illustrations, application and KFD docs
- Prepopulating application forms
- Submitting online applications and following through to completion
- Review prep work - i.e. obtaining up to date valuations and transaction histories
- Updating back-office systems with client and plan information and other data input work
- Adding portfolios to FE Analytics
- Setting up fund switches/withdrawals/moving money for Advisers to approve
- Data input on to Cash Flow Systems ie CashCalc and Voyant
Key skills required
- Must have experience working with Financial Advisers/Planners
- Organised and able to work to strict deadlines
- Strong admin and IT skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and take control of work tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Loyal, honest and trustworthy is a must
Desired skills
- Knowledge of IO, Fin Plan, Plannr, Enable, Mindmap and Cash Flow Software
