We’re looking for an experienced manager—or an ambitious Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager ready to step up—to lead our Motherwell salon.
You’ll:
- Coach and motivate your team
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Manage rotas and daily operations
- Maintain excellent salon standards
You’ll need strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, plus flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Experience required: One year in supervision and customer service. Sales experience and a driving licence are preferred.
