Salary: £21,823 (pro rata) (FTE: £26,390)
Imagine If Trust, a charity working to bring transformation for families and especially those in most need in Liverpool, is recruiting a new Nursery Manager. Sticky Fingers Nursery is a core pillar of Imagine If’s vision and the Nursery Manager will be a senior position within the team. We are motivated by Christian ideals of community, grace, acceptance and compassion and looking for a senior manager that will reflect and model these values.
The Nursery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, primarily on the nursery floor. You will also act as the named SENCO and line manage the team of practitioners (including volunteers). This role will be supported by a Deputy Manager Administrative Lead and Ofsted Nominated Person.
You will need a DfE recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification and relevant experience of working with children in an Early Years setting. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and adults at risk. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and obtaining at least two satisfactory references.
The position is 35 hours a week for 39 weeks pa (term time) with start date as soon as possible from 1st September.
