You will play a crucial role in Cakes + Co, maintaining efficient workflows, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Daily cafe operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Implement and uphold food safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food items and ensure adherence to portion control guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience within a food service environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- A willingness to help team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
- You will be required to work most weekends.
- up to 35 hours a week /working days :thursday /friday /saturday/sunday 8am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
