Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, cafeterias, and other school facilities using appropriate commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, floor mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption during school hours.
Skills
- experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work within a school or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established routines.
- Reliable team player committed to maintaining a positive and productive work.
Mon - Fri 15 hours per week , 14:00 - 17:00 3 hours per day. Experience essential , training will be given. A Clear DBS is required or able to clear DBS checks. Option to be paid pro rata 40 weeks over 52 weeks , Term Time Contract.
Pay: £12.71-£13.10 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
