About Allium Housing CIC
Allium Housing CIC is a Community Interest Company driven by a clear social purpose: supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals across the North of England to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence.
We believe that safe, stable accommodation is more than just a basic provision—it is the foundation for recovery, resilience, and long-term positive change. Our mission is to provide high-quality emergency temporary accommodation and supported accommodation that not only meets immediate housing needs but also creates a structured pathway towards independence, stability, and improved life outcomes.
We support a diverse range of individuals, including:
- Care leavers
- Young people
- Vulnerable adults
- New and expectant mothers
- Individuals experiencing difficulties with substance misuse
- People at risk of homelessness or tenancy breakdown
- Individuals who have experienced trauma, displacement, or significant adversity
Our goal is to create safe and supportive environments where people can rebuild their lives with dignity, develop confidence, and gain the practical skills needed to live independently. We support individuals to improve their wellbeing, access education, employment and training opportunities, and successfully integrate into their local communities.
At Allium Housing CIC, our approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and outcomes-focused. We understand that many of the individuals we support have faced significant challenges, and we are committed to providing compassionate, structured support that empowers them to achieve sustainable positive change.
Our values underpin everything we do:
- Respect and Dignity – We recognise every individual's unique experiences and treat everyone with fairness and compassion.
- Safety and Wellbeing – We are committed to creating environments where people feel secure, valued, and supported.
- Empowerment and Independence – We encourage individuals to develop confidence, resilience, and responsibility for their own future.
- Positive Outcomes – We focus on helping people achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their lives.
