Job Summary
We are seeking a Front of House to join our team in a busy Rural Restaurant and Bar. The ideal candidate will assist patrons , work as a team member ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Previous Experience in this industry would be beneficial ( Barista , bar experience is essential ) On site Training will be given.
A driving licence is essential for this role as its a rural location ,
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide a good service of beverages and meals and make the customers experience a good one.
Have a understanding of allergies and special dietary requirements .
- Process payments using EPOS and electronic payment systems
- Assist customers with any queries or requests
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling food products
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
good time keeping .
- Familiarity with food preparation procedures is beneficial
- Ability to work well in a team and individual provide help when needed
