Multi-Site General Manager
Bristol
Competitive salary + benefits
Two high-volume operations | £55k–£60k+ combined weekly net sales
We’re recruiting for an exciting independent restaurant brand in Bristol that is looking for an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to take responsibility for two high-volume operations – a flagship restaurant and a dedicated delivery kitchen.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced General Manager, Senior GM or Multi-Site Manager from a high-volume QSR, fast-casual or kitchen-led restaurant environment.
Importantly, you don't need to already be a Multi-Site Manager. We’re equally interested in exceptional General Managers who are ready to take the next step.
The Role
You'll have overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of both sites, including:
- Full P&L ownership
- Driving sales and profitability
- Labour management, forecasting and rotas
- Stock, food cost, waste and margin
- Leading busy, high-volume services
- Developing GMs, Assistant Managers and wider teams
- Raising operational standards and consistency
- Managing multiple channels including delivery, dine-in, takeaway and click & collect
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow sales
This is a genuinely hands-on operational role.
We're not looking for someone who wants to manage two sites from a laptop. You'll spend the majority of your time in the operations, working alongside the teams and being present during key trading periods.
When things get busy, you'll be comfortable running the kitchen or pass, deploying the team, managing delivery flow, coaching managers or jumping onto a station yourself.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have:
- Strong GM-level experience within QSR, fast-casual or high-volume restaurants
- Experience managing significant weekly sales volumes
- Strong commercial and P&L understanding
- Excellent labour management and rota-writing skills
- Genuine kitchen and peak-service credibility
- Strong stock, food cost and margin management
- Experience developing managers and building high-performing teams
- A track record of improving standards and operational performance
- Experience with high-volume delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat would be advantageous
- Multi-site, cluster or training-store experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential
The Person
We're looking for a proper restaurant operator who leads from the front.
You'll be commercially sharp, calm under pressure and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment. You'll have high standards and be able to hold people accountable, but you'll also understand how to get the best from different personalities.
This is an independent, growing brand, so you'll need to be comfortable operating somewhere that doesn't have a corporate process for absolutely everything.
You'll bring strong operational discipline and know when to follow a process, when to improve one and when something needs building from scratch.
Most importantly, you'll have a low-ego, hands-on leadership style. If the operation needs you, you get involved.
The Opportunity
This could be an ideal next move if you're currently running a successful, high-volume restaurant and are ready to take on broader responsibility.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of two significant operations, develop established management teams and make a genuine impact on sales, profitability, standards and future growth.
