Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP P2F – Make Lead to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of manufacturing capabilities within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role requires deep expertise in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing, SAP Project Systems (PS), and end-to-end manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will serve as the functional lead for the Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) – Make workstream, partnering with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to design scalable manufacturing processes supporting project-based manufacturing from engineering through production and delivery.
The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of SAP manufacturing experience, with extensive knowledge of complex manufacturing environments where engineering, project execution, procurement, inventory, production, and logistics operate in an integrated manner.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the SAP P2F – Make workstream across solution design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
* Design and implement manufacturing processes supporting Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business models.
* Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and global template standards.
* Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution validation, and design decisions.
* Define manufacturing processes covering:
* Project Manufacturing
* WBS/Project Stock
* Production Orders
* Process Orders (where applicable)
* Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
* Capacity Planning
* Shop Floor Execution
* Production Confirmation
* Goods Movements
* Inventory Management
* Ensure seamless integration between manufacturing and:
* SAP Project Systems (PS)
* Materials Management (MM)
* Procurement
* Warehouse Management (EWM/WM)
* Quality Management (QM)
* Plant Maintenance (PM)
* Finance and Controlling
* Collaborate with engineering organizations to support project-driven manufacturing and engineering change processes.
* Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities.
* Provide functional leadership during deployments, cutover, and hypercare.
* Mentor functional consultants and provide governance for manufacturing solution quality.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline.
* 10+ years of SAP Manufacturing consulting experience.
* Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
* Proven experience implementing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing processes.

* Experience with global template deployments and multi-site rollouts.
* Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) and transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
* Experience integrating SAP Manufacturing with MES solutions.
* Familiarity with SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP EWM, SAP QM, and SAP PLM.
