Job Summary:
Hello! We are looking for an individual who will work within a team to be a Care Manager. This role is office based and the normal hours of service are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
However, candidates must be willing to work outside of these hours as and when required including evenings and weekends. Candidates must be willing to complete care duties to fulfil the needs of the service users as and when required by the company and be committed to On-Call duties on a rostered basis.
Pay depending on experience and qualification.

You will be part of a team working very closely with the Service Manager and Deputy Manager.
The role will include to work with the Manager to complete day to day tasks as required which include but not limited to:
- Typing Care Plans and Risk Assessment
- Completing Initial Assessments for New Service users as needed
- Send out rotas to the Service Users
- Work with Commissioners to meet Service users needs
- Complete General office Admin tasks
- Working with staff and their personal rota requirements and needs.
- To make sure that the company rotas are completed accurately and correctly. This both weekly and daily.
- Making sure that the care workers are aware of their rotas. Keep up to date with changes and inform staff and service users of any changes required.
- To make sure that all company policies and procedures are always adhered to throughout the company.
- Cover sickness as and when required
- Accurately record annual leave, sickness and absences on company systems.
- Complete On Call duties on a rostered basis.
Required:
- Must be experienced working in the Health & Social care sector
- Must have full, valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills
- Being able to complete and process detailed, accurate information in a timely manner
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to prioritise workload
- Must be able to work alone or within a team
- Be confident in your own ability
- Prepared to travel to complete assessments in different areas for our Service users
- Complete spot checks for staff
- Complete Service user reviews
- Be loyal and dedicated to providing quality care
Must have
Full UK Driving License and own a car.
Must be computer literate.
Ability to work under extreme pressure and ability to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.50-£15.20 per hour
