As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish.
## The Role
This is a hands-on management position responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and our internal team, ensuring every project runs efficiently and professionally.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, solves problems before they become issues, and maintains excellent relationships with everyone involved.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Plan, organise and oversee projects from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and specialist trades.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project programmes and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Identify potential risks early and implement practical solutions before they impact the project.
- Carry out regular site visits and monitor quality, safety and progress.
- Ensure materials, labour and plant are scheduled efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of meetings, site progress, decisions and actions.
- Produce regular project updates for both clients and management.
- Ensure all commitments made to clients are realistic and delivered.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout every project.
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a professional and calm approach.
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and building standards.
