ACS Flight Training is offering a limited number of places on our PPL Flight Instructor Scholarship Programme, designed to support capable and motivated pilots in progressing to a Flight Instructor rating.
This programme provides 75% funding towards the cost of Flight Instructor training, alongside a clear and structured pathway into an instructing role within our organisation.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Hold a valid UK CAA licence (PPL or CPL)
- Meet the eligibility requirements to commence Flight Instructor training under UK CAA regulations
- Demonstrate a high standard of airmanship and professionalism
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the legal right to live and work in the UK
- Be able to commit to a training agreement

- Attitude, reliability, and professionalism
- Communication skills and suitability for an instructional role
- Long-term commitment to flight training and instructing
Training Agreement
As this is a subsidised training programme, successful candidates will be required to enter into a formal training agreement. This ensures continuity and a return on investment, and full details will be provided at interview stage.
