The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure our operational performance is compatible with the SQCDP objectives specified by the industrial direction and provide a consolidated view of the performance of , for key programmes.
The role will also support new business industrialisation and operational performance, to ensure new product introductions are successfully implemented.
:
- Summarise and present the industrial performance by product according to the defined standard
- For budgeting; establish the RDI (Industrial Development Research) & CCP (Added production cost) roadmap
- Manage the introduction of changes to the definition
- Propose aggregated plans to achieve operational objectives (especially for non quality eradication and cost reduction)
- In case of internal crisis within operations, lead the crisis management team
- Establish and manage the specific risks of the product
- Propose and manage industrial scheme evolution
- Prepare the product planning requirements with the planning teams, to ensure to minimize stocks and WIP through internal process flow.
- Work closely with key cross functional stakeholders such as Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Quality Assurance, and Finance.
- Support the project management of the industrialisation process for new products
