About Our Client
Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in Central Reading, representing nationally recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face residential campaigns. They are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to develop practical communication, customer service and sales skills while gaining hands-on experience in a customer-facing environment.
Full client training, ongoing support and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are provided from day one, helping successful applicants build confidence and broaden their skills.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Confident communicators: Comfortable speaking with potential customers face-to-face
- Willing to learn: Open to upskilling in sales, public speaking, professional communications and sales.
- Motivated: Be able to motivate yourself to reach personal and professional goals
- Reliable: Candidates must be available on a full-time equivalent basis (Monday to Friday)
- Transferable Skills: Our client values attitude and work ethic over previous experience. however, many have come from retail, hospitality (front of house, waiting staff, bar roles), care, admin, or customer service backgrounds due to their strong people skills.
What you will do on a day to day basis:
- Represent brands in residential environments, engaging with customers face-to-face
- Present products and services clearly, answering questions and building trust
- Support new customers through the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth experience
- Work towards daily and weekly personal performance targets
- Apply learnt skills to improve communication, sales techniques, and results

The Process

Please Note:
Successful applicants will join the client on a subcontracted basis and will be responsible for managing their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. This is a long-term, Full-Time Equivalent opportunity requiring availability Monday-Friday. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
