Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
- Oversee food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and cleanliness within the kitchen
- Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient procurement and inventory management
- Develop new menu items in collaboration with management to enhance customer experience
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve skills and maintain consistency
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service deadlines
- Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Supervising experience within a culinary or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team effectively
