We are seeking a skilled and dedicated project manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in construction and renovation, with the ability to work on various projects that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Duties
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing
construction projects from inception to completion,
ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within
budget, and to the required quality standards. The
role involves preparing project plans and schedules,
managing budgets and resources, coordinating
subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and
site teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring
compliance with UK health and safety legislation and
building regulations, resolving technical and operational
issues, conducting site inspections, maintaining
effective communication with clients and stakeholders,
managing project documentation and reports, identifying
and mitigating risks, and ensuring all works are
completed in accordance with contractual, legal, and
company requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £34,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
