Responsibilities

- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organisational systems to improve workflow and administrative efficiency
- Handle general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
