Full Time (40 hours per week)
Based in Norwich, however travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required
Starting Salary of £39,036 per annum, with opportunities to progress to £45,272 per annum, plus, Company Vehicle and Call out payments

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician within our Maintenance Team who will support both the planned and reactive / void workstreams. We are looking for a bright spark to ignite their potential in helping to maintain our homes and make a difference for our residents. The works will be in and around Norwich and also throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk, carrying out planned and reactive works.
The main duties for the role include:
To work closely with the Electrical Team to help deliver planned electrical works including bathroom aids and adaptations and kitchen wiring alterations.
You will support with the effective and efficient delivery of electrical related repairs where required. This is across responsive repairs, EICRs and void properties
Ensuring that the work is undertaken in a timely manner consistent with prescribed performance indicators advised.
Manage tenant enquiries and respond in a professional manner reporting anything back to the relevant manager.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:
City and Guilds 5357 / City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
City and Guilds 2360 – Part 1 and Part 2
AM2 (desirable) depending on when NVQ completed.
City and Guilds or equivalent 2382 (18 th Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent qualification.
A Driving Licence as travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required.
Experience of working in Property Maintenance
Good IT skills
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and will join our on-call rota.
