Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) for Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installations
Due to continued expansion and huge demand for electric vehicle charge points, Evolution Solutions are looking for a Qualified Supervisor(QS) to join our team, with excellent pay and company benefits.
The huge demand for electric vehicles is driving growth in the electric vehicle charge point installation market, which is set to continue for decades to come.
The government has banned new petrol and diesel car sales from 2030 and hybrids from 2035, meaning most cars on UK roads by 2050 will be full electric.
The role will be varied in nature, and due to the expected growth of the company would suit ambitious electrical qualified supervisor (QS) who wants to progress their careers in a new exciting industry.
Working alongside our technical support team our electrical qualified supervisor (QS) you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, Approving and Pricing both domestic and workplace surveys to assess charge point viability and cable runs
- Liaising with clients, both pre-installation and offering technical support afterwards when required.
- Advising clients on the correct workplace charge points (training provided)
- Producing quotes for the works required and also cost assessment of works carried out against budgets.
- Managing charge point installations & engineers
- Verifying installers inspection and testing results
- On site audits and post inspections of installations
- Being available for any NICEIC audits and annual assessments etc
- Being registered as the qualifying supervisor for the company
This unique opportunity offers:
- £45,000 - £52,500 depending on experience

The successful applicant will be expected to be:
- 18th edition qualified
- Testing and inspecting qualified (City and Guilds 2391 or 2394/5)
- Time served
- Experienced in both domestic and commercial installations
- Motivated and forward thinking to help the company achieve its growth goals
- Experienced in operating as a QS in a customer facing environment.
A background in EV chargers and Solar Installations is preferred but not essential
