We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our teams at various Sport Centres.
Purpose of the Job
To lead Spin Fit classes to ensure the safety, enjoyment and continued development of the skills, competencies and aspirations of individual participants.
Key Tasks
Leading a Spin Fit class.
Ensuring the health & safety of the participants during the Spin Fit class and to co-operate with centre procedures.
Ensuring that the standard of instruction is pitched at the correct level for the participants.
Ensuring that the standard of instruction is maintained at a high level.
Ensuring that the Spin Fit class design is such that it develops individual skills and abilities according to their own aspirations.
Ensuring the coach maintains their own levels of skills, competencies and qualifications to meet the above key tasks and enjoyleisure guidelines.
Ensure that the Spin Fit class remains popular and all participants are made to feel involved and welcome.
To monitor the Spin Fit class programmes and report to their line supervisor any points of concern and to be prepared to be involved in the continued marketing and promotion of the Spin Fit class and the centre as a whole.

Relevant Qualifications
Essential: Level 2 Spin Instructor Qualification.

£19.29 per hour
Hours per week:
Various - Working hours will include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
