Job Summary
We are looking for motivated, reliable and professional self-employed Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to join our team in Lincolnshire.
This role involves delivering and collecting parcels across multiple locations, ensuring goods are handled safely, routes are completed efficiently, and customers receive a high standard of service.
The ideal candidate will have previous delivery, van driving or logistics experience, a valid driving licence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible self-employed work within a busy and fast-paced delivery environment.
Duties
- Complete multiple daily deliveries and collections across Lincolnshire.
- Load and unload parcels safely, including manual handling and heavy lifting where required.
- Follow planned routes and delivery instructions efficiently.
- Ensure parcels are delivered accurately and within required timeframes.
- Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery progress, delays or any issues.
- Provide polite, professional customer service at all times.
- Complete delivery paperwork or digital records accurately.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after shifts.
- Drive safely and comply with all road traffic laws and company procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, van driver or in a similar logistics role is preferred.
- Valid UK or EU driving licence required.
- Van driving experience is advantageous.
- Previous warehouse or parcel-handling experience would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident using GPS, route planning and navigation apps.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to route changes or schedule adjustments.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, loading and unloading parcels.
