As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining high-quality dishes, maintaing food hygiene standards and working alongside the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for food prep, and is able to follow direction well.
Responsibilities:
- Daily running of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared to a high standard
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard
- Ensure consistency in presentation and quality
- Oversee food storage
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen, fridges and prep area

Requirments
- Previous experience as a chef or cook
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required (Closed Christmas Eve & Christmas Day)
