Reactive & Project Works Plumber / General Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £35,000–£38,000 DOE + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime at 1.5× (OTE £50,000–£55,000)
We're looking for an experienced Reactive & Project Works Plumber / General Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. This is a national mobile role carrying out reactive maintenance, planned project works and general building maintenance across a variety of commercial client sites.

The Role
- Carry out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Complete small plumbing installations and project works.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Carry out general building maintenance tasks as required, including basic repairs outside of your core plumbing trade.
- Support clients with a range of maintenance duties to ensure buildings remain safe and operational.
- Work across commercial client sites nationwide.
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
- Complete job reports using a mobile device.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Experience within commercial plumbing maintenance or Facilities Management.
- A willingness to carry out other general maintenance tasks outside of plumbing when required.
- General maintenance experience is advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.

Working Away
This is a national role and, from time to time, you'll be required to stay away from home depending on client requirements. This may be for the occasional night or, at times, a full working week.
Accommodation is arranged by the company, typically in a hotel with a meal deal where available. Where a meal deal isn't included, food expenses are reimbursed up to £25 per night.
