Sales/Marketing Manager (Engineering)

We are working with a well-established engineering firm to recruit for their new permanent Sales & Marketing Manager.
Reporting into Senior Management and leading the sales function, you will play a key role in the growth of sales opportunities in target markets, duties will include;
- Develop, implement and deliver sales strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns
What we are looking for…
- Sales / business development experience gained within a similar role / industry
- Engineering / manufacturing industry experience
- Strong people & communication skills
- Confident negotiation skills
- IT Skills
