Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Care Supervisor to lead our care team in delivering exceptional senior and care home services. In this vital role, you will oversee day-to-day care operations, supervise care staff, and ensure the delivery of tailored care plans. Your leadership will inspire confidence and foster a positive environment for both clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality service delivery in line with individual care plans
- Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to lead in delivering care, monitor care standards and address any issues promptly
- Lead, motivate, and mentor care team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Take part in the on call rota (one weekend in 6. Friday 5pm until Monday 9am)
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and company procedures
- Utilize IT systems to update care records, document visits, and track service delivery progress
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within senior or home care environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Experience working within a care home or community-based senior care setting
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for travel between client locations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Familiarity with creating and managing care plans using IT systems or electronic health records

Pay: £26,663.00-£30,576.00 per year
