As a Retail Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting products, providing information about our products and promotions, also ensuring that the store is well-merchandised. You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and a keen ability to engage with customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that meet customer needs.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Learn to change watch batteries and shortening of watch links.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, selling or customer service.
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.
