Forrest Motors Lincoln has been serving BMW and MINI owners for decades—long before any other specialist was conceived in the city. We are known for our precision, repair-first approach, and uncompromising standards.
We are now looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team—someone who takes pride in their work and wants to move beyond routine servicing into true specialist-level repairs.
THE ROLE
This is not a volume-based workshop. At Forrest Motors, we focus on doing the job properly.
You will be working on BMW and MINI vehicles only, carrying out:
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Timing chain replacements and engine work
- Drivetrain and chassis repairs
- Occasional performance upgrades and modifications
We take a different approach to most garages:
we repair where others replace—from pressing in bushes to rebuilding major components.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ideally BMW / MINI trained or strong experience with the brand
- Minimum 5 years workshop experience
- A genuine pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- The mindset to fix problems properly, not just replace parts
Time-served technicians are fully respected—ability matters more than paperwork.
