Must be able to prepare and present sushi products whilst maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.
The ability to cut and prepare salmon and tuna would mean increased salary.
Experience is essential.
We have a management role also available for an indivual with experience who can manage a team of other Sushi chefs.
Full time is preferred, part time will only be offered if you do not require any training.
Salary depends on experience and skill level and is reviewed regularly.
