KBAN Logistics is recruiting self-employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers for our growing delivery operation in Aberdeen.
We're looking for reliable people who want regular work, strong earning potential and the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with KBAN.
Earnings
£170 per day for routes up to 100 stops, with additional earnings on higher-volume routes.
For every stop completed above 100, you receive an additional £1.70 per stop.
- 100 stops – £170
- 110 stops – £187
- 120 stops – £204
- 130 stops – £221
Higher-volume routes mean higher earning potential.
Own Van or KBAN Van
Owner drivers are welcome.
Don't have a suitable van? KBAN can provide one for:
£250 per week – including insurance
Drivers are responsible for their own fuel.
Stay With KBAN & Be Rewarded
We want to build a reliable, long-term team and reward drivers who stay with us.
3 Months – Training Reward
Complete your first 3 months with KBAN and your agreed training cost will be reimbursed.
6 Months – £135 Incentive
Reach six months with KBAN and receive a £135 retention incentive.
12 Months – £365 Loyalty Bonus
Complete 12 months with KBAN and receive a further £365 loyalty bonus.
£500 in 6 & 12-month loyalty rewards + training reimbursement.

The Work
This is a self-employed subcontractor opportunity carrying out multi-drop deliveries.
Our operation runs 7 days per week, with strong availability for drivers looking to work up to 6 days per week.
Start times vary by route and are typically between 8:30am and 11:30am.
You'll be responsible for completing your route safely and efficiently, loading and securing parcels, using the delivery app, providing good customer service, completing vehicle checks and following road safety and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional attitude
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to use a smartphone and delivery app
- Physically capable of completing a multi-drop route
- Good communication and customer service skills
Previous multi-drop experience is preferred but not essential. Full training and onboarding are provided.
