Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing detailed information and personalised advice
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, trends, and legal requirements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties across various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts
- Prepare necessary documentation including agreements, disclosures, and reports
- Organise appointments, manage schedules efficiently, and handle administrative tasks related to property transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to diverse audiences
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Valid driving licence is preferred for property viewings and client meetings
