About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Parking Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure fair and efficient parking management through digital monitoring systems, online reporting, and remote enforcement tools using HikVision systems.
You’ll play an important part in keeping our communities safe and accessible by reviewing digital evidence, issuing Parking Charges where appropriate, and providing excellent customer service through online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review parking compliance using digital systems and MNPR (Manual Number Plate Recognition) data.
- Assess captured images and determine if parking contraventions have occurred.
- Issue Parking Charges (PCs) in line with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate digital records and case files.
- Work collaboratively with the wider administration and enforcement team.
- Ensure all work complies with data protection, confidentiality, and relevant legislation.
About You

Experience in parking enforcement or local government is an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Work Pattern
A rolling shift pattern of 2 shifts per week (Saturday to Friday), ranging from: 07:00 to 22:00.
These times are subject to change and you may be asked to cover absences/annual leave. Overtime may be available during busy periods.
