Operations Assistant
The Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day running of operations across fulfilment, inventory, warehouse organisation, and general operational support at OG Kicks.
The role focuses on supporting order processing and stock organisation, and assisting across different areas of the business where needed within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
This position is suited to someone organised, reliable, and adaptable who is looking to develop experience across multiple areas of e-commerce operations.
Operational Support
* Support the day-to-day running of our warehouse in Portslade
* Assist with maintaining organised workflows and operational processes
* Provide support across different operational areas where required
* Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the workspace
Inventory & Stock Support
* Assist with incoming deliveries and stock intake
* Help process and organise inventory accurately
* Support stock organisation in the warehouse
* Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
Order Fulfilment Support
* Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
* Help maintain packing quality and dispatch accuracy
* Support daily dispatch operations to ensure orders are sent within required timeframes
Warehouse & Workplace Maintenance
* Support general warehouse cleanliness and organisation
* Help maintain clean and safe working areas across operational spaces
* Assist with maintaining stockroom organisation and storage standards
* Support daily upkeep of packing stations and operational equipment
* Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient working environment
Team Support
* Work closely with the operations team to support daily tasks
* Assist with maintaining a positive and efficient working environment
* Communicate operational issues clearly to management
* Support process improvements and general warehouse organisation
The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They are willing to learn and support multiple areas of e-commerce operations while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good communication and teamwork skills are important, alongside the ability to work independently when required. A basic understanding of warehouse or e-commerce operations would be beneficial along with a knowledge of the products, and the candidate should take pride in maintaining clean, organised, and efficient working environments.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
