Location: Luxury 5* Resort – 15 minutes outside Stirling
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on role and experience)

Transport Required: Yes – Own transport essential due to rural location

We’re hiring for the following positions:
- Commis Chef
- Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities (varying by role):
- Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations
- Work closely with senior chefs to learn, develop, and contribute to menu execution
- Support with inventory control, stock rotation, and waste management
- Help drive consistency, creativity, and excellence across all kitchen operations
- Take a proactive approach to service, ensuring smooth and efficient operation during busy periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a quality kitchen environment (fine dining or high-end hospitality preferred)
- Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a calm approach under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of a high-performing team
- Access to own transport is essential due to the location of the resort
- Relevant food hygiene and safety certification
