Production Supervisor – Bottling Line
Location: Brasswell, Dumfries
Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, day shift

Rate £14.00 per hour, £29120.00 per year, plus bonuses.
About the Role
Our new bottling plant in Dumfries is looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to help manage the day-to-day running of our bottling line.
This is a practical role suited to someone with production line experience who is comfortable taking responsibility, leading by example, and supporting the site manager to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
The successful candidate will be involved in the daily operation of the bottling line, supervising production activity, supporting staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and helping ensure production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the bottling line
- Operate and monitor bottling line equipment when required
- Support and guide production staff during daily operations
- Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently
- Carry out basic machine checks and report any issues promptly
- Help identify and resolve minor production or machine issues
- Ensure production records are completed accurately
- Maintain good housekeeping, hygiene, and production standards
- Support routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
- Load, unload, and move bottles, pallets, and materials as required
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Work closely with the site manager to support the smooth running of the operation
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or bottling environment
- Experience supervising or supporting a small team would be an advantage
- Forklift experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, positive, and willing to get stuck in
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment
- Basic mechanical or technical understanding would be beneficial
- Able to work in a hands-on role and lead by example
- Good communication skills
- A practical approach to problem-solving
