About the role
We're opening a premium dessert café in Stanmore and looking for enthusiastic Café Team Members to join us from the start. As a Café Team Member, you'll be the face of our café — greeting customers, serving our signature desserts and drinks, and ensuring every visit is memorable.
What you'll be doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service — greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and building rapport with regulars
Maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards — keeping the counter, tables, and café spotless throughout the day
Taking ownership and initiative — treating the café as your own and proactively solving issues without being asked
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
