Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our exciting business to sell our market leading products into the Education sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and leading strategic initiatives to expand our market presence. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maximise revenue potential.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Utilise Pipedrive CRM system to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry developments, product offerings, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing their own department/division.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport at all organisational levels.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to deliver on site physical product demonstrations across the UK
