The Mansfield Group, the leading Rescue & Recovery operator has a vacancy at our service center in Birmingham. You will join our Administration team working in a busy, fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration, working alongside the Administration Manager undertaking varied tasks that provide our customers with a time critical, conscientious service. You will also support the Area Service Manager with the administration of our fleet maintenance schedules and daily tasks.

The Role
· 45 hours a week (further details available at Interview)we will consider part time or flexible hours
· Assisting the Area Service Manager with all aspects of service center administration
· Liaising with the Police and officials
· Liaising with customers, handling queries
· Administration of fleet maintenance schedules and procedures
· Carrying out day to day administration roles
