General Labourer - NIGHTS – Supermarket Refurbishment Project (11 Weeks)

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team on a high-quality supermarket refurbishment project in Kidlington, OX5. This is an 11-week contract with excellent prospects for consistent work and potential extension.
This is a great opportunity to work on a busy retail refurbishment project with a professional team in a well-organised environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting trades with the installation of fixtures, fittings, partitions, suspended ceilings, and internal finishes
- Material handling, distribution of tools and equipment, and general site support
- Loading and unloading deliveries, moving materials around site safely
- Maintaining excellent site cleanliness and housekeeping standards throughout the project
- Cleaning and maintaining welfare facilities (including toilets and rest areas)
- Safe and competent use of hand tools and power tools as required
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Strong commitment to health & safety, site rules, and wearing correct PPE at all times
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer or equivalent) – essential
- Previous experience as a General Labourer on construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or retail projects
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Full PPE and a proactive approach to safety
Contract Details
- Duration: 11 Weeks
- Working Hours: 19:30 - 06:00 (Variable)
- Rate: £17.00 per hour
- Pay: Weekly
