About You:

Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above) and have strong hands-on experience in early years education.

Lead with confidence, positivity, and professionalism, inspiring and supporting those around you.

Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures, and high-quality teaching practices.

Be passionate about continuous professional development and building positive relationships with parents and carers.
Your Role:

Work closely with the Room Leader and Nursery Manager to maintain a safe, stimulating, and high-quality learning environment.

Support and guide junior staff members, demonstrating excellent practice at all times.

Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.

Assist with planning, observations, assessments, and creating engaging learning experiences for children.
