Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, animation, and video editing, with the ability to produce visually compelling content across various digital platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilising advanced software tools and technical skills to bring concepts to life. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in a range of design and animation programmes, along with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual content including graphics, animations, and motion graphics for digital media, advertising campaigns, and multimedia presentations.
- Create 3D models and animations using software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, ZBrush, Mudbox, and 3ds Max.
- Edit videos and produce high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and other video editing tools.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise ideas and translate them into compelling visual stories.
- Utilise programmes like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to design layouts, illustrations, and branding materials.
- Implement technical skills in programming languages such as C#, Python, C++, and utilise game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine for interactive media projects.
- Manage version control systems including Perforce to ensure seamless workflow across teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of anatomy and colour theory to enhance character design and visual realism.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or related fields with a portfolio showcasing diverse digital projects.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Maya, ZBrush, Mudbox, 3ds Max or similar 3D modelling software.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with programming languages like C#, Python or C++ for interactive media development or automation tasks.
- Strong understanding of anatomy principles relevant to character modelling and animation.
- Previous experience working with version control systems such as Perforce is advantageous.
