The Bakery & Delicatessen is a busy family-run business based in Woodhall Spa that prides itself on offering a wide range of sweet & savoury products, almost all of which are produced in-house.
We are now looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our team of busy bakers in a fast-paced environment.
You will be working as part of a small team, assisting with bread production from scratch, manufacture of a range of pie and pastry products, as well as a host of other products for our shop, whilst maintaining a high level of hygiene
Whilst preferable, experience is not essential, as full training will be given to the successful applicant. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, with a positive attitude and able to work to a high standard in a busy environment.
The role involves a degree of heavy lifting and taking in deliveries so a good level of health & fitness is necessary.
The standard working week will be approximately 40 hours (including Saturday morning) and will involve early starts (weekday 5am, 4am Sats).
