We now have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Outdoor and Country store on a part time basis around 14 - 8 Hours per week, you must be flexible to work week days and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant you will work as part of the team to drive operational excellence.

Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed Store targets.

Become an Barbour Brand ambassador, product knowledge is key to ensure you are able to effectively serve customers.

Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.

Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.

Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team with store standards. Ensuring all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.

Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
What we are looking for:
You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion. Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets is important.
