Job Overview
- To provide maintenance services, in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the manager.
- To action both planned and reactive maintenance to prioritise in terms of urgency.

- Be involved in the implementation and maintenance of the service's quality assurance programme.
- Develop effective working relationships with the other employees within Abbey Wood Park Limited
- must have Care home experience
