What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a live-in setting - Assist with daily living tasks such as medication, mobility, hygiene, and meals - Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement - Handle light housekeeping, shopping, and errands - Follow care plans and schedules set by families - Communicate regularly with the agency and maintain clear records - Respect client confidentiality and uphold high care standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Kind, patient, and able to work independently - Confident in all aspects of care: personal care, medication, moving & handling, etc. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Committed to dignity, discretion, and compassion - A valid DBS (or willing to obtain one) - Drivers with their own vehicle are highly desirable - Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
