The Role:
This part-time position is perfect for a pharmacist who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. Working hours are 9:00 am–1:00 pm and 2:00 pm–5:30 pm on Friday and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
For those driven to grow NHS and private services a bonus structure will be available for your initiative and dedication — we reward success generously.
What We’re Looking For:
- A UK-registered pharmacist with excellent knowledge of community pharmacy operations.
- Ideally, an Independent Prescriber (IP) or someone keen to develop this skill.
- A passion for providing outstanding patient-centred care.
- Confidence in delivering and promoting NHS and private pharmacy services such as vaccinations, weight management, and ear wax removal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and work effectively within a team.
- A proactive approach to expanding services and driving business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver professional pharmacy services with precision and care.
- Actively promote and deliver NHS and private services to meet patient needs.
- Provide expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Help maintain and grow Sidley Pharmacy’s excellent reputation in the community.
