We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The position involves travelling between sites, so a valid driving licence is essential. Responsibilities
- Clean windows on both commercial and residential properties, ensuring streak-free results
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and solutions to achieve optimal clarity and shine
- Maintain safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within allocated timeframes
- Keep cleaning equipment clean, organised, and in good working condition
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work
Requirements
- Valid driving licence
- Proficiency in English, with good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor maintenance roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift equipment or materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
