Job Summary Adapt Commercial Cleaning are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team for 15 hours a week, Monday to Friday, either 4:00am-7:00am or 5:00am-8:00am, within the Swansea area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The role is a permanent opportunity working for large and established business within Wales and the South West.
Hourly rate will be £13.45 per hour paid 4 weekly by BACS.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Client promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to client requests or concerns.
Skills
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to drive may be advantageous for travelling between different sites.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any inquiries professionally.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
