You’re someone who:
· Has relevant childcare qualifications and management experience
· Loves working with children and understands how they learn and develop
· Brings energy, creativity, and a sense of fun into every day
· Can motivate, support, and inspire staff to be their very best
· Is confident managing both the playroom and the paperwork
· Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys staying active and organised
· Is committed to ensuring every child is happy, safe, and fully engaged
Your Role
As our Nursery Manager, you will:
· Lead the nursery with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism
· Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
· Support children’s learning and development through play
· Encourage and develop your team through guidance, coaching, and support
· Ensure the nursery runs smoothly, including administration and compliance tasks
· Maintain high standards to ensure children are happy, engaged, and thriving every day
