Overview:
We are looking for individuals who are capable, efficient and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Applicants must be able to work as part of a team or independently when necessary.
We have a variety of hours available, this can be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support restaurant operations by helping with various tasks
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Demonstrate time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is desirable
- Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
